Tara Jarmon

Tara Jarmon is a Canadian fashion designer currently based in Paris. Originally from Canada, she spent part of her formative years in Newport Beach, California, before relocating to pursue her higher education. Jarmon's academic background includes attendance at The University of Southern California, although she ultimately graduated from The American University of Paris. This foundational period laid the groundwork for her future endeavors in the fashion world.

Jarmon's eponymous clothing line, launched over three decades ago, has evolved into a significant presence in the global fashion landscape. Her brand boasts an extensive network of more than 23 standalone boutiques and over 80 store-in-store locations across Europe and Asia. In addition to her own label, Jarmon has collaborated with prominent retail entities, notably designing a collection for Target Corporation's Go International line in May 2006. This project showcased her ability to create stylish, affordable apparel and accessories for a broader audience. Today, Jarmon continues to reside in Paris, where she remains an active figure in the international fashion community.
